This is a very intricate design which made it appealing but also delicate. Part of head broke with first batch. I found that I needed the dough thinner than recommended 5mm in order to be able to remove cookie cutter from dough; too thin and details were lost. Once I figured out the right thickness and pressure and used baking spray with powder on cutter, the cookies were impressive. Perhaps someone with more experience would have an easier time.
