Great workouts - super challenging and definitely feel the burn. I especially adore the lower body resistance mat workout - that one is always in my normal rotation and my lower body has firmed up in ways that I could not achieve with standard weightlifting. Just as a background for me, I am an avid workout junkie - I own hundreds of different workouts and Linda Wooldridge has become my favorite instructor over this past year. I highly recommend that you check out not only this workout, but take a look at the instructor's Barlates website which offers a vast variety of downloads for super reasonable prices (you can even get a monthly subscription which discounts the price even more--that's what I did and I now own over a hundred of LW Barlates workouts). I am so glad I found these workouts - I had gotten to the point with my heavy weight workout routines that I would dread the entire day & procrastinate, but now I actually have fun and look forward to working out.
