I first tried this years ago by renting thru NetFlix and I remembered how fatigued my legs were (and sore the next day). I decided to find this on amazon and purchase it. In 30 minutes you get an intense lower body workout. If you don't feel the burn either you are not doing it right or you need to increase the weights. I burned right at 264 calories according to my HRM doing this 30 minute dvd. There is also a modifier for those who are beginners.For those complaining about the extra equipment, you need to learn to improvise. Get a regular step stool and make it work.If you are looking for a quick and effective leg workout please pick this one up.
