No issues after about 3 months and 3,000 miles. This throttle body was nearly identical to the OEM one I replaced. I was plagued by an EPC light that kicked my car into "limp mode", a condition that prevented my engine from revving above 2,500 rpm. The likely culprit was the electronic sensor that is attached to the mechanical part of this item, which necessitates that you replace both items as they are attached.Replacement effort was limited to just removing 4 screws, but access us super difficult. It took me hours and hours and many bruises on my forearms to finally get the job done. Might speak to my mechanic skills.AL in all a great product at a fraction of the price of an oem. I can't shake the thought that VW dealerships are filled with a bunch of crooks!
