I’ve been using the BodyView and I’m seriously impressed. I wasn’t sure if it could live up to all the claims, but it completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve completed an in depth analysis for everyone to benefit from.First off, setting it up was a breeze. Even if you’re not tech savvy, you’ll have it paired with your phone in just a couple of minutes. The instructions are super simple, and the app is intuitive and ready to go right away. After downloading the app It already received 2 updates so that indicates to me that these guys are actively improving the app. The website looks pretty cool too!The scale itself feels solid and well made. It has a sleek scratch resistant glass surface that looks high end, and it’s slip resistant too, which gives you peace of mind when stepping on it especially if you’re clumsy lol. It looks like it’s designed to handle daily use without any issues.When it comes to accuracy, this scale is incredible. I compared its readings to a DEXA scan I did recently (this is the reason I went for a Biometric scale), and the results were nearly identical. The readings seemed to stay consistent every time I used it, so I know I can trust the data it’s giving me. It’s also great for tracking muscle measurements, which is a feature I haven’t seen on many other scales.The app integration is another standout feature. It was simple to set up and syncs automatically every time you step on the scale over Bluetooth as long as my phone is near me or with me. I love that it connects with my Apple health app and FitBit. The app also tracks your progress over time, which is super motivating. Seeing trends in body fat, muscle mass, and visceral fat has been a game-changer for me. (I was recently diagnosed with NAFLD)The scale is comfortable and practical to use. The electrodes feel smooth and sturdy, and it’s smart enough to automatically recognize who’s stepping on it, which is perfect if you’re sharing it with family members. No more accidentally logging someone else’s data under your profile!Battery life is fantastic. The scale runs on 3 AAA batteries (included in the box), and after a week of daily use, it’s still going strong. I can already tell it’ll be a while before I need to replace them. I'm happy it has replaceable batteries because it'll make it easier to keep in my carry on when taking a flight and no one will hassle me for lithium batteries.The bright and easy to read display is another plus. I weigh myself in the early morning when the lighting isn’t great, and I’ve never had any trouble seeing the numbers. They’re clear from any angle. It's bright enough it lights up my bathroom!Safety features are also on point. The scale is sturdy, stable, and designed with a generous weight capacity, so it works for a wide range of users. It has anti skid rubber on the bottom too. It’s clear that durability and user safety were priorities in its design.Lastly, the heart rate tracking is surprisingly accurate. I compared it with my smartwatch, and the results were spot-on every time. It’s a fantastic extra feature that’s useful for anyone monitoring their cardiovascular health.Honestly for its price, this is a must have scale.
