First, I have to say that the last review is sorely inaccurate... read my response under that review.I have used Out-Of-Body Experiences What You Need To Know to help guide my journey into the mystical state.As in many of her books, Marilynn Hughes invites the reader to embark upon the teachings of spiritual masters from throughout time and combines those teachings with her own experiences. By providing her mystical experiences, I have been able to have a firm understanding of what experiencing an OBE would be like. OBE's WYNTK is not a step by step technique book, but instead serves as a guide to the spiritual path which encompass the full purpose of leaving the body. Hughes takes an assortment of comprehensive compilations from various world religions and shows us how their writings directly discuss the instruction to proper attainment of the spiritual path. The modern techniques one might consider for simply leaving the body, Hughes states, are only 5% of what is absolutely essential to progressing into meaningful and lucid Out of Body Experiences. This book digs deeper than just waking up OBE and walking around one's house, and that is what I love about it. This book is a true analysis on what one would need to know about out of body experiences. I would fully recommend this book.
