I haven't completed this book yet... lots of things to do and it takes work, Body Sculpting does. I almost did NOT buy this book because of its cover. (What a laugh) But I thought the woman was pregnant, then I wondered what the heck exercise produced a protruding stomach like the one pictured (and WHY ever would they use it? Really!) Then I realized the female has... shall we say... formidable breasts. Real, female breasts and since breastfeeding my son So Do I. This is a challenge in life, big breasts, and all those woman who think they want them... would pay for them??? ACK! Do not do it.. Back pains, no bra will ever fit properly and as a petite person (5' 2"), well, all proportions are skewed, that's for sure. TRY to find petite clothing to fit D size breasts, "Womens petite" clothing hangs off me!" So, I hope this book may help with that, though its real purpose is to maintain my muscles, my flexibility, my stamina and my speed (I used to race.) I'm still not sure what's up with the model's tummy but I have lots of curves so I doubt it will happen to me. SO FAR: I've firmed up (I can feel the hardness of) my biceps, my calves, and a wee bit in the thigh. My Posterior is feeling superb - lifting, firm, moving toward hard as it was when I was 35 (I'm 60 now) My overall sense of balance, which used to be superb and fell to normal (ick) is also coming back. I am not a fanatic about this work. I do a lot of it while stuck standing: in line, on the phone, I do other things too... if I'm ever in line I take stretching breaks which are now - "these moves" breaks. Little bits consistently are making a difference so I'll keep going... A bonus is increased energy and stamina. Long term I think it will make a real difference in the ability to be truly active and healthy.
